Glue Application Section

◆Glue application length automatically adjusts according to cardboard size (with photoelectric switch detection control).

◆The glue application traverse mechanism, together with a waste removal brush, clears waste paper that has not been properly removed from the tongue. Ensures uniform glue application on the connecting tongue.
Folding Section
◆The leading edge of the paper feed is clamped by the upper conveyor belt and lower pressing rollers to advance the cardboard.
◆The paper feeding entrance uses spring-loaded light-pressure rubber rollers, and each roller can be individually adjusted for gap size with the lower conveyor belt. The light-pressure rubber rollers prevent excessive pressure, ensuring accurate paper feeding.
◆Auxiliary folding strips are installed on both sides of the folding beam to make cardboard folding faster.
◆High-strength bridge walls, combined with a rack-and-pinion traverse guiding mechanism, make beam positioning and operation more stable and greatly enhance bending resistance.
◆Pneumatic adjustment of belt tension, relaxes belts after shutdown to extend belt life.
◆Full-length shaping rollers in the middle section of the left and right folding beams improve folding accuracy. Dual independent servo motors provide linkage control and adjustment, reducing the folding fishtail. Additionally, the lower beam is equipped with an auxiliary folding belt, making cardboard folding smoother and faster.
◆The folding beam end uses a vacuum suction belt for paper feeding, effectively preventing the fishtail caused by cardboard slipping.
Squaring and Output Section
◆The motor acts as the control power source, using a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor, which synchronizes with the printing press through a feedback system to ensure stable cardboard transport.
◆Dual-row chain transmission, combined with tension adjustment wheels, greatly increases instantaneous torque.
◆Independent shaping and flapping mechanism, with adjustable flapping speed, performs final correction on folded cartons. Further reduces fishtail.
◆After folding, cartons are pressed by pressing rollers to ensure tight adhesion of the glued surfaces.
◆The PLC integrated control touchscreen can control all dimensional data and is linked with the printing press PLC and glue application section PLC. Combined with the manual auxiliary control panel, operations become more convenient.
◆The powerful air pressure device can be frequency-adjusted, and its position can be adjusted left-right and front-back according to cardboard size, preventing folded cardboard from warping upwards. Air volume is pneumatically adjusted, ensuring neat stacking of formed cartons.
◆The drop-type paper receiving design, combined with a dual-row pneumatic cylinder paper receiving device, makes carton dropping more stable.
◆Uses photoelectric switch for counting, providing accurate stacked output counting through feedback. Combined with contact switches to display the number of stacked outputs, precisely showing the quantity of cartons.
◆Multiple sets of servo motors cooperate to drive the separation of cardboard bundles (referred to as: servo high-speed counting and stacking system), making paper receiving actions faster and more accurate.
◆The servo paper pressing mechanism, combined with the servo motor linkage system, neatly pushes out the counted cartons.
◆The backstop after paper reception can be electrically adjusted according to carton length, and the left and right baffles adjust in conjunction with the beam. It is also equipped with anti-impact pads to reduce carton impact damage.
◆The output section is equipped with an upper pressing roller to ensure neat output of cartons, and the height can be electrically adjusted based on the set number of sheets per carton.
◆The output section uses variable frequency motor linkage output to ensure no scattered cartons.
◆The discharge section can move horizontally to ensure cartons always fall into the center of the machine.
◆The moving mechanisms of all mechanical parts can be electrically controlled by sending commands through the PLC touch control screen.
Control System
