Machine Features
◆ All electrical components of the machine adopt internationally renowned brands, ensuring stable and reliable quality.
◆ The machine's wallboards and important components are all subjected to aging treatment and tempering to eliminate internal metal stress; all are manufactured using high-precision machining centers and ground with CNC grinding machines.
◆ All shafts and rollers of the machine are made of high-quality steel, subjected to tempering and quenching-and-tempering treatment; precision ground, high-precision computer dynamic balance correction, and hard chrome plated surface.
◆ All transmission gears of the machine are made of 20Cr alloy steel, subjected to carburizing and quenching treatment, high-precision gear grinding, ensuring high overprint accuracy.

Detailed Introduction

Feeding Section
◆ Leading edge feeding method, adjustable air volume according to cardboard curvature to ensure smooth feeding, choice of mechanical or German servo type.
◆ Main motor start protection device: the main machine cannot start when the machine unit is not fixed.
◆ Continuous or skip feeding is possible.
◆ Dual feeding rubber rollers, with anti-overpressure grooves on the rubber rollers to reduce flattening of fed cardboard.
◆ Left and right baffle positions are electrically digitally controlled. (Pneumatic automatic alignment can be added) Rear baffle box electric adjustment, front baffle gap manual synchronous adjustment.
◆ Dust removal device: dust removal brushes and suction fans can remove dust from the cardboard surface. The dust removal air outlets can be segmentally adjusted according to cardboard size.
◆ Electronic counter can set production volume, and an alarm will sound automatically when the set volume is reached. (If touchscreen control is selected, production volume can be displayed directly on the touchscreen.)
Printing Section
◆ Quick plate changing device: foot switch electrically controls the forward and reverse rotation of the plate roller during plate loading and unloading.
◆ Printing roller phase adjustment adopts PLC and electric digital input 360-degree adjustment, controlled by phase motor frequency converter, adjustable both when stopped and in operation.
◆ Printing roller lateral adjustment adopts PLC and electric digital adjustment, with an adjustment range of ±6mm.
◆ Printing phase fixing device: pneumatic braking mechanism restricts gear rotation when the unit is separated for adjustment or cleaning, maintaining the original gear position fixed point.
◆ The anilox roller adopts a pneumatic lifting device cooperating with the feeding system (the anilox roller automatically lowers in unit order when feeding, and automatically lifts in unit order when feeding stops).
◆ Pneumatic diaphragm pump inks, with automatic circulation and water addition for cleaning.
◆ Plate wiping memory function: after cleaning the printing plate, it can return to the original printing position.


Slotting Section (Optional)
◆ Pre-creasing wheel: cardboard is less prone to cracking after being pre-creased.
◆ Single-shaft double-knife slotting, box height adjustment uses PLC and digital electric adjustment, touchscreen controlled.
Slotting phase adopts PLC servo control 360-degree adjustment, adjustable both when stopped and running.
Slotting knife seat and creasing wheel lateral movement adopt synchronous electric adjustment. PLC touch screen adjustment, directly input carton size, automatic adjustment.
Creasing gap and knife shaft gap adjustment adopt self-locking structure.
Slotting knife box height adjustment has anti-collision protection device, which will not damage the machine.
Each slotting knife seat lateral movement has an anti-collision protection device. (Electronic type)
Slotting knife width 7mm, alloy material, heat-treated, ground, toothed slotting knife, two-piece trimming knife, sharp edge, high precision.
Can be equipped with a portable punching die seat.
Die-cutting Unit
Anvil roll mechanical spiral lateral movement, moving distance is 40mm.
Die-cutting roll phase adopts PLC control 360° adjustment, phase motor servo control, adjustable both when stopped and running.
Anvil roll and die-cutting roll gap adjustment adopt self-locking structure, and are equipped with cylinder large-range rapid adjustment, reducing anvil damage and increasing anvil service life.
Paper feeding roller gap adjustment adopts self-locking structure.
Differential compensation device, which allows the urethane anvil roller to slide with the template roller, thereby controlling the surface speed of the anvil roller by the die-cut, making the die-cut carton completely consistent with the shape of the die-cut.
The machine is equipped with a urethane anvil correction device, which can be repeatedly trimmed and used multiple times.
Can be optionally equipped with anvil roll servo drive system.
