Paper Feeding Unit: Adopts a combined chain-type paper feeding system to ensure stable feeding and reduce the reject rate.

Printing Unit: ◆ Adopts a microcomputer digital phase adjuster, allowing direct input of adjustable numbers for phase adjustment, resulting in faster and more precise adjustments;

◆ Automatic plate lifting and ink guiding, preventing ink from drying out when the equipment is paused;

◆ Features electric separation, pneumatic locking, and pneumatic braking to ensure product precision;

◆ Air-driven diaphragm pump for ink supply;

◆ Main transmission gears are made of 45# steel helical gears, high-frequency quenched and precisely machined, with automatic spray lubrication to ensure mechanical precision and lifespan. Die-cutting and Slotting Unit:

◆ The lower knife pad uses imported Urethane rubber pads, and the bottom shaft can be pneumatically lifted and lowered, making the pad less prone to damage during idling and phase adjustment;

◆ During operation, the bottom shaft automatically shifts left and right, and rotary die-cutting automatically repositions, preventing repeated knife marks on the cut edge and greatly extending the service life of the Urethane rubber pads;

◆ The upper knife uses an imported Urethane knife, designed on a fixture for very convenient installation. To extend the service life of the Urethane rubber, it is recommended that users use this knife in the future;

◆ Adopts a rear-exit paper discharge method, convenient for handling paper edges;

◆ Electric phase adjustment, convenient and quick to use;

◆ All main transmission gears are 50mm thick, made of 40Cr steel helical gears, high-frequency quenched and precisely machined. Automatic spray lubrication ensures mechanical precision and lifespan;

◆ All pressure adjustments are made via a worm gear box;

◆ All control adjustments are designed on the operating surface, saving adjustment time.
