Machine Features
◆ This machine adopts fully computerized centralized control. It can quickly perform functions such as order changing, correction, execution, and memory.

Servo Pressureless Paper Feeding Unit
◆ Adopts servo pressureless leading edge roller paper feeding system, simple operation, high precision. The extension can be adjusted, and the production adaptability is strong. The accelerated transmission is more stable, suitable for warped and thin cardboard transmission, and the effect is obvious.
◆ Servo pressureless leading edge paper feeding device, adopts three leading edge wheels in the front and four in the back for paper feeding, the paper feeding length can be adjusted arbitrarily, and 100% zero-pressure paper feeding can be achieved to ensure the compressive strength of the cardboard. The brush dust removal device adjusts the vacuum airflow and pressure by frequency conversion to adapt to different cardboard sizes and curved cardboard.
◆ Pneumatic aligning device, accurate paper feeding positioning. The left and right and front and rear movement of the baffle are electrically adjusted.
◆ The 10.4-inch touch screen can control the functions of the whole machine zeroing, order changing, order saving, counting, main machine start and stop, paper feeding, setting quantity production, etc.
Printing Unit
◆ Printing rollers and embossing rollers are made of high-quality steel with surface grinding and hard chrome plating.
◆ Dynamic and static balance operation correction test, stable operation at high speed.
◆ The printing phase adopts frequency conversion drive, planetary gear structure, and touch screen input value adjustment. (Adjustable during shutdown and operation)
◆ Plate hanging mechanism is used for convenient and quick operation.
◆ The loading and unloading of printing plates are equipped with a foot switch to control the forward and reverse rotation for quick adjustment.
◆ Pneumatic butterfly brake mechanism, when the unit is separated to adjust the phase or cleaning, the brake mechanism limits the rotation of the gear, keeping the original tooth position fixed point.
◆ The paper feeding wheel is a self-locking device, and the paper feeding wheel adopts a rack manual quick movement device, and is equipped with a scale reading.
◆ The lateral position of the plate roller is electrically adjusted, with an adjustment range of ±15mm.

Grooving Unit
◆ Pre-pressure wheel, the cardboard after pre-pressure line is not easy to break.

◆ The slotting phase adopts PLC servo control 360-degree adjustment, which can be adjusted during shutdown and operation.
◆The slotting die holder and pressure roller move horizontally using synchronized electric adjustment. Adjustment is done via PLC touchscreen; enter the carton dimensions directly for automatic adjustment.
◆The creasing gap and blade shaft gap adjustment uses a self-locking structure.
◆The slotting die box height adjustment has a collision protection device to prevent machine damage.
◆Each slotting die holder's horizontal movement has a collision protection device (electronic type).
◆Slotting knife width: 7mm, alloy material, heat-treated and polished, tooth-shaped slotting knife, double-sided trimming knife, sharp blade, high precision.

Die-cutting section
◆The rubber pad roller and die plate roller are made of high-quality steel, dynamically balanced, and have a surface-ground hard chrome plating.
◆The paper guide roller and die-cutting roller gap is adjusted manually using a double-stage worm gear self-locking mechanism.
◆Automatic compensation of the rubber pad roller speed; during production, the rubber pad roller moves horizontally automatically. Equipped with a rubber pad repair device; after the rubber pad wears, it is repaired to be flat and reused repeatedly, extending the service life of the rubber pad and reducing costs.
◆Rubber pad leveling mechanism, allowing for multiple repeated repairs of the rubber pad, significantly saving costs.
◆The die-cutting section is equipped with a waste removal device: scraps and paper edges are all removed from the machine.
◆Optional: Servo system control independent drive, eliminating the influence on printing accuracy and improving die-cutting accuracy.
Electrically Adjusted Die-cutting and Slotting:
◆Four sets of steel dies can replace slotting and corner cutting, making the slotting and corner cutting accurate and beautiful.
◆Pre-pressing and forming creasing devices are configured to match the die. Pre-pressing uses a large-radius steel wheel, and the forming upper wheel includes a urethane rubber layer, and the lower wheel is a single-line steel wheel, so that the cardboard is not easily damaged, and the linearity of the lines is good. The pre-pressing wheel and creasing wheel, and the die-less slotting die use PLC control of the upper and lower double-screw tracking, fully computer-controlled one-button order change, convenient and fast.
◆This device achieves multiple uses in one machine, reducing the slotting unit and lowering processing costs.
