Detailed Introduction

Feeding Unit

◆ Roller-type leading edge feeding structure, multi-wheel, multi-point suction feeding, with high friction, high speed, and stable, accurate paper feeding.

◆ Suction air volume and air pressure can be adjusted according to cardboard size, increasing the transmission stability and accuracy for thin and warped cardboard.

◆ Dual conveying roller structure: One set of feeding rollers uses a pneumatic elastic feeding rubber shaft, which does not damage the strength of corrugated cardboard, and a cleaning brush removes debris from the cardboard surface.

◆ Left and right baffles, and the rear baffle box position are manually adjusted, with optional pneumatic aligning device for more accurate lateral positioning of cardboard.

◆ A 7.0-inch color touch screen controls the feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit, and die-cutting unit, enabling one-time zeroing, order storage, memory reset, infrared photoelectric counting, and preset order processing quantity.

◆ The main motor adopts frequency conversion control, ensuring smooth start-up and operation, and saving 30% energy.

Printing Unit

◆ Printing rollers and transmission shafts are all made of high-quality steel, dynamically balanced by computer to eliminate centrifugal force, precision ground, and hard chrome plated.

◆ The printing roller adopts a plate-hanging device, a ratchet-fixed plate shaft, a full-plate hanging groove, and a foot switch control for forward and reverse rotation, making plate loading and unloading quick and convenient.

◆ Rubber roller inking system: Steel pipe surface is wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, specially ground for good ink transfer (optional dual doctor blade inking system for better halftone printing effect).

◆ Anilox roller for inking, manufactured by "Hyli" in Jiangsu, with ground surface, embossed anilox pattern, and hard chrome plating. (Optional ceramic anilox roller)

◆ Plate roller lateral movement is electrically adjusted, with an adjustment range of ±5mm, total 10mm.

◆ The inking gap, printing impression roller, and paper guide roller gaps are adjusted using a dual-stage worm gear box, with values displayed on a dial (0-10mm), offering easy adjustment and self-locking function.

Slotting Unit

◆Single-shaft double-knife slotting, box height adjustment controlled by PLC and digital electric adjustment, touch screen control.

◆Slotting phase adopts PLC servo control for 360-degree adjustment, adjustable during stop and operation.

◆The lateral movement of the slotting knife seat and creasing wheel adopts synchronous electric adjustment. PLC touch screen adjustment, direct input of carton size, automatic adjustment.

◆The adjustment of the indentation gap and knife shaft gap adopts a self-locking structure.

◆The slotting knife box height adjustment has an anti-collision protection device, which will not damage the machine.

◆Each slotting knife seat's lateral movement has an anti-collision protection device. (Electronic type)
