Servo Pressure-Free Paper Feeding Unit
◆ Adopts a servo pressure-free leading edge roller paper feeding system, which is easy to operate and has high precision. The extension amount is adjustable, making it highly adaptable to production. The speed-up transmission is smoother, suitable for warped and thin cardboard, with significant effect.
◆ The servo pressure-free leading edge paper feeding device uses three front rows and four rear rows of leading edge rollers for paper feeding. The paper feeding length can be adjusted arbitrarily to achieve 100% zero-pressure paper feeding, ensuring the compression strength of the cardboard. The brush dust removal device uses frequency conversion to adjust the vacuum airflow and pressure, adapting to different cardboard sizes and warped cardboard.
◆ Pneumatic squaring device ensures accurate paper feeding positioning. The baffles' left/right and front/back movements are all electrically adjusted.
◆ Equipped with a powerful dust removal device to remove impurities from the cardboard surface and improve printing quality.
◆ The 10.4-inch touch screen can control functions such as machine zeroing, order changing, order storage, counting, main machine start/stop, paper feeding, and setting quantity production.
Printing Unit

Slotting Section
◆Elastic corner knife structure, no adjustment needed for 3-5 layers of cardboard, convenient operation.
◆Single-shaft double-knife slotting, internal gear structure for carton height adjustment, convenient maintenance and low maintenance cost.
◆The lead screw in the slotting section uses a ball screw with a screw nut, making the knife holder traverse more stable, dustproof more complete, and combined with linear guides, allowing for more flexible and accurate movement.
◆Slotting knives and trimming knives are both movable, and their left and right distance from the creasing wheel is automatically adjusted by computer setting with digital display; left and right adjustment uses ball screw transmission, ensuring stable knife holder movement and accurate positioning.
◆Carton height adjustment is automatically set by computer, digitally displayed; four knives adjust synchronously.
◆Upper and lower knife holders are driven by a transmission shaft, ensuring upper and lower knives remain aligned during movement, extending tool life.
◆The slotting knife carton height adjustment has an anti-collision protection device, which will not damage the machine.
Full Computer Die-cutting and Slotting Section
◆Both rubber blanket roller and die-cutting roller are made of high-quality steel, dynamically balanced, and surface ground with hard chrome plating.
◆The gap between the paper guide roller and die-cutting roller is manually adjusted by a two-stage worm gear self-locking gearbox.
◆Rubber blanket roller linear speed automatic compensation, during production, the rubber blanket roller automatically moves horizontally. Equipped with rubber blanket repair device, the rubber blanket can be repaired flat and reused after wear, extending its service life and reducing costs.
◆Rubber blanket leveling mechanism, allows multiple repairs of the rubber blanket, significantly saving costs.
◆Die-cutting section is equipped with waste removal device: all paper scraps and edges are exported from the machine.
◆Optional: servo system controlled independent drive, eliminates impact on printing accuracy, improves die-cutting accuracy.
Electric Adjustment Die-cutting and Slotting:
◆Five sets of steel knife dies, can replace slotting and corner cutting, trimming, slanted opening boxes, etc., making slotting and corner cutting accurate and aesthetically pleasing.
◆Correspondingly configured with pre-creasing, creasing, and forming three-stage creasing devices. Pre-creasing uses large arc steel wheels, the forming upper wheel includes a Urethane layer, and the lower wheel is a single-line steel wheel, making cardboard less prone to damage and lines straight. Pre-creasing wheel, creasing wheel, and forming wheel adopt PLC control 5 servo adjustment. The die-less slotting mold adopts PLC control 5 servo tracking positioning, full computer adjustment with one-key order change, automatic plate alignment, convenient and fast.
