Stacking section

◆ Equipment specifications: Height 2 meters, length 5.2 meters, width 3.4 meters, paper collection length 350-2600mm, paper collection height 1.7 meters, paper collection width 250-1500mm, paper feeding speed 20-140 sheets/minute.

◆ Equipment configuration: One automatic lifting motor (Hengshui Yongshun 2.2kw), one control electric box (Zhengtai special controller for stacker), Zhengtai air switch, Zhengtai intermediate relay, Zhengtai limit switch, Zhengtai photoelectric button, sine wave inverter), climbing pattern output belt (9 front, 10 rear, Tianjin Bojiete), 2 thick rope anti-fall devices, front and rear columns are all 250H steel.

◆ The entire machine is fully painted, and all steel plates are laser-cut to ensure flatness.

◆ Remarks: Due to the variability of printing machines or other equipment, the paper collection height, equipment length, and paper collection arm length of the stacker should be measured according to the actual equipment.

Waste removal section

◆ The paper feeding section is pneumatically controlled for lifting, leaving space for easy dismantling and assembly of templates.

◆ Waste stripping vibrating shaft, each shaft has four shaking points, accelerating the shaking frequency to improve the shaking effect.

◆ The shaking belt adopts a cylindrical high-elastic belt, which has good elasticity and does not damage the paperboard.

◆ The belt shaft adopts a full-shaft concave belt groove, making it convenient to add or remove belts freely according to actual paperboard size, ensuring smooth passage of irregular cardboard boxes and no damage to the paperboard.

◆ The rear end of the waste stripping section is equipped with a brush device to prevent waste paper from returning to the paperboard surface, achieving the best waste stripping effect.

◆ The lower end of the waste stripping section is equipped with a waste paper export device, facilitating waste paper collection, saving labor, and reducing work intensity.

◆ The vibrating shaft is controlled by a separate motor.
